City Loft Corporation creates sustainable, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use communities. We are an independent, multi-disciplinary firm dedicated to improving communities through sustainable design. Founded by Anna Lowder and Harvi Sahota, City Loft Corporation focuses on planning, architectural plan development, marketing & advertising, and community building through third spaces, community features, and events.
Our developments include Hampstead, The Atlantic & Pacific Development, Two•Four•Six Lofts, and The Cloverdale Cottages.
City Loft Corporation expanded in 2008 with Mercer Home, our residential home construction company located in Hampstead.
